Why am I being charged for posting my property?

We value our community and those who rely on our services. It is our way to ensure that they have access to credible and reliable information. For limited period, no charges apply.

How can I promote my listing?

You have an option to promote your property by choosing the ‘Feature my property’ addon. Since no charges apply for limited period, this feature is disabled.

How to post my property?

After you login, click on ‘My Property’ from the menu on the left and then ‘Add Property’. Provide as much information possible including photos, accept the ‘terms and conditions’ and click ‘Submit Property’.

Why do we require specific information about your location?

Renters need to make a well-informed assessment of whether the space and surroundings match their requirement. It helps renters to identify the neighborhood on Google Maps and helps you to generate quality leads. So please ensure you provide different ways for seekers to connect with you.

Why are photographs mandatory?

Quality photographs help renters visualize the place and environment. Having photographs helps to generate quality leads.

When will my property go live?

All property listings are reviewed for content and validation prior to being published. It can take up to 24 – 48 hours to go live.

Why is my listing not approved?

Listings can be disapproved for multiple reasons such as inappropriate content or images, missing information and more. Please contact our support team for further assistance.

Can you recommend best practice for creating a perfect listing?

It is recommended to provide all the relevant information, proper images and additional details pertaining to your property. This provides renters with all the useful information for faster decision-making (narrowing their choices) prior to connecting with you.

How will renters communicate interest in the property?

Once the renters have expressed interest in your property, you will receive an email. You can also retrieve the message by clicking on ‘Inquiries’ button.
ELSE: A notification will be sent to your registered email address once a renter has expressed interest in your property. You can also retrieve the message by clicking on ‘Inquiries’ button from your dashboard.

How long will my property be posted?

Property will be automatically be delisted upon expiry of subscription period or a maximum duration of 30 days, whichever comes first, unless renewed.

Will I be notified before my property is delisted?

You will be notified 3 days prior to expiry of your 15-day or 30-day subscription to extend you subscription or update the rental status of your property.

15-day and 30-day subscribers will be notified 3 days prior to expiry of the posting. You may choose to extend subscription or update the rental status of your property.

How do I remove my property?

Go to ‘My Property’ and you will see ‘Delete’ action button to remove the property

Can I save my search filter?

Currently, we do not provide this feature. The best option is to click on the heart icon on top left of the image to mark as  ‘My Favorite’ so you can revisit the listing in the future.

How do I communicate with the Landlord?

Once you like a property, fill the inquiry form listing all the different ways the Landlord can connect with you. The Landlord will receive a notification about your interest and contact you directly.

Are there any charges for using your service?

We do not solicit any fees from Renters for this service as our purpose is to connect Renters and the Landlord.

Why do I need to create an account?

By creating an account you will be able send an inquiry to the Landlord. Additionally, you can mark the properties as favorites to revisit the listing.

How do I create my account?

From the home page, click on “Login / Register” at the top right and click on ‘Register’. Fill you Username, Email address and select the appropriate account type – ‘Landlord’ or ‘Renter’. Please contact our support team if you accidentally created a wrong type of account.

How do I change my password?

After login, click on ‘My Profile’ from the menu on the left to change your password.
